single time, we make sure that the property is kept in “5 Star” condition at all times.
After each stay the property is professionally cleaned and checked. We also take care
of any minor maintenance issues with our own handyman on call. No point bothering
you with minor headaches and expenses. We have you covered… Set, Forget and Collect.

Your Property is in Safe Hands
We screen every guest to make sure they have stayed in Airbnb before and have multiple
glowing reviews. We make sure they have ID checks and are a ‘right fit’ as guests in your
property. We will also check the property after each stay (not every 3-6 months like a
standard property manager). We have a strict No Party, No Smoking, No Pets policy which
must be complied with. With a standard tenant you are not going to go 12 months with
zero parties — with us and our guests, you will.

No problems! We can provide the lease agreement noting our specific lease arrangement.

Less Wear & Tear on Furnished Properties
A standard tenant will use your washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, dryer, TV, kettle etc
almost daily with a lot of wear and tear. A typical Airbnb guest rarely uses these amenities
(and most never do) so they will last much longer.

We will look at any property in the country… as long as it fits our model. Our systems and
partners make this possible. We can usually assess the property & suburb and let you know
within 24 – 48 hours if it can work.
